Terms and Conditions for The Final Table Tournament of Champions

6th Anniversary – Tournament of Champions

The Final Table, LLC dba The Final Table Poker Club (“The Final Table”) is hosting its annual Tournament of Champions contest, featuring over $26,000 in total prizes, including two seats to the 2027 World Series of Poker Main Event and the new Final Table Championship Bracelet. 3rd–6th place winners will receive a seat to the 2027 WSOP $1K Mystery Millions Bounty Event, each with up to $500 in travel expenses (the “Contest”).

By entering the Contest, you agree to and are bound by the terms and conditions below.

The Final Table reserves the right to modify or change the Contest structure, including dates, tournament format, and play procedures, at any time. Any updates will be posted on The Final Table website.

Eligibility and Entry Restrictions

To be eligible to enter the Contest:

  • Entrants must be real persons, at least 21 years old, and permanent residents of the United States.

  • Entrants may not be employees, contractors, or owners of The Final Table.

  • Any entrant who does not meet these requirements will be disqualified from participating.

Contest Entry

a. The Contest begins on August 1, 2026, and ends on April 30, 2027, at the close of business (the “Entry Period”).

b. During the Entry Period, each patron who plays at The Final Table may record attendance by checking in at the Contest kiosk using their telephone number and/or full name. A valid telephone number is required; entries without one will be disregarded.

c. Each patron is allowed one entry per day. Entries outside the Entry Period will not be accepted. The Final Table is not responsible for any entries not received due to technical or other issues.

d. Any patron who violates these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

Selection of Winners

a. The 100 patrons with the most attendance entries during the Entry Period will qualify to play in the Tournament of Champions. In the event of a tie for the 100th position, all tied patrons will be invited.

b. The top 100 qualified players will compete in the Tournament of Champions on Saturday, May 15, 2027, at 11:00 a.m.

c. The remaining top six players from Saturday’s Tournament of Champions will return on Sunday, May 16, 2027, at 12:00 p.m. (noon) for the final round and prize awards:

  • 1st and 2nd Place: Seats to the 2027 World Series of Poker Main Event, valued at $10,000 each.

  • 3rd–6th Place: Seats to the 2027 WSOP $1K Mystery Millions Bounty Event, each with up to $500 in travel expense reimbursement.

Prizes

a. The 1st and 2nd place winners will each receive a paid entry to the 2027 World Series of Poker Main Event, valued at $10,000 each (“Sponsorship Prize”). These prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash.

b. The 3rd–6th place winners will each receive a paid entry to the 2027 WSOP $1K Mystery Millions Bounty Event and up to $500 in reimbursed travel expenses, including airfare, lodging, and meals. Winners must submit receipts within 7 days after the conclusion of the 2027 World Series of Poker. No travel expenses are included for the 1st or 2nd place winners.

c. If a winner is unable to attend the 2027 World Series of Poker for any reason, their prize will be forfeited.

d. A representative of The Final Table will accompany winners to Las Vegas and will pay event buy-ins directly to the World Series of Poker.

Earnings Split

a. The 1st and 2nd place winners must agree that any pre-tax WSOP earnings from events paid for by The Final Table will be split 60/40 between the winner and The Final Table Poker Club. This applies only to WSOP events funded by The Final Table. After applicable IRS withholding or other required tax withholding, the winner retains 74% of the net winnings and must pay 26% to The Final Table.

b. The 3rd–6th place winners agree to the same 60/40 pre-tax split for WSOP events paid for by The Final Table. This split does not apply to any events entered using the winner’s own funds.

Tax Liability

Winners are solely responsible for any tax liabilities arising from the Sponsorship Prize or WSOP winnings. The Final Table makes no representations regarding tax responsibilities and encourages winners to seek professional tax advice.

Limitation of Liability

Winners must comply with all rules and policies of both The Final Table Poker Club and the World Series of Poker, including participant conduct and integrity standards. The Final Table is not liable for any penalties, suspensions, or disqualifications resulting from a winner’s violation of those rules or policies.

Player Conduct

All players must adhere to The Final Table’s Code of Conduct at all times. Any violation may result in disqualification from the Contest, and winners may forfeit their prize if the violation occurs before or during the 2027 World Series of Poker.
