Scotty brings steady leadership, deep poker knowledge, and a genuine love for the game to The Final Table. He keeps the room running smoothly, balancing a sharp operational mind with an easy, welcoming presence that players trust. Whether he’s coordinating tournaments, supporting staff, or checking in with regulars, he leads with consistency, fairness, and a strong focus on creating a great experience for everyone who walks through the door.

He knows the rhythm of the room, understands what players value, and works hard to make each day better than the last. When he’s not guiding the action, you’ll find him keeping an eye on a few sports bets or relaxing at a table for a quick hand. Scotty is a central part of the club’s heartbeat and a key reason players feel at home here. goes here

KITCHEN MANAGER

Meet our bar manager, a master at mixology with 18 years of experience slinging drinks and running the show. Hailing from the bayous of Louisiana, this maestro has spiced up bars and restaurants from Oregon’s hipster haunts to Hawaii’s tropical escapes.

When not shaking up classic cocktails or geeking out over fortified wine and bitter liqueurs, you’ll find them cooking Cajun dishes that’d make their Louisiana kin proud—or bottling a damn good hot sauce that’ll set your taste buds ablaze

HEAD CHEF

Entirely self-taught, Mel took a bold leap at 24 when she purchased and began running her own café. She loves working with familiar ingredients in unexpected ways, drawing inspiration from Italian and Mediterranean flavors. Her favorite things to bake? Scones and cakes—always made with care, and a unique 'Mel' flair.

When she’s not in the kitchen, you’ll likely find her deep into a true crime podcast, snacking on pickles, or curled up with her cat.

TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR

James has been working and playing in poker rooms up and down the west coast since falling in love with the game over 20 years ago. When away from the tables James is busy playing video games and attending the occasional ice hockey match. Catch him managing the cash games on a Friday night.

CAFE STAFF

Luis and Sandra are a dynamic duo in the kitchen. Luis is one of our Mexican-American cooks and enjoys providing top quality specials daily.

Sandra was introduce to our club by her father that is one our regulars at the club, she really enjoyed the environment she chose to call this her work family.

HEAD OF SECURITY

Native to Illinois, aside from managing the security of our fine establishment, our head of security goes by Mister TK, is a local rapper that is a father of 3. He loves to travel, perform, eat among all the amenities that come with travel. He enjoys sports, and learning new things.
